One of the dates has been changed to another location. This is the Annaberg-Buchholz gig and will now be in Zwönitz at club Wind.
09.02.2010 The line-up situation

After more thoughts, more discussion, the feeling of shock I have right remains. Despite all, being prepared for the possibility, hoping for another way - Corvus may be gone. The spirit of the band is broken, torn and scarred. Planned gigs will be done but what remains is yet to be seen. At the moment it feels like there will be no album without Corvus, just doesn't make any sense. It is no time for hasty decisions though.
For all the gossiping sheep out there, the band is not breaking up and we do not have loads of unreleased material waiting for release. In fact, there's no material to release at all!

22.12.2009 "Vihan Tiellä" live album out now!

The first official live full lenght is available finally. After almost three years since the ritual itself, here it is now. Recorded in Athens, Greece and produced "better" than any album during this decade...

Some vinyls have been released finally. Horna/Nefarious split 7" has been sold out from the band already but the "Herran Edessä" 7" made for the 15 years celebration gig is still available.

2.05.2009 "Musta Kaipuu" cd is out now! This cd gathers all previously on vinyl and tape only released songs from the recording sessions of "Envaatnags Eflos Solf Esgantaavne" album in one. In other news HORNA are scheduled to play in Italy on November 1st at The Black Lake Metal Fest II, venue Olden Live Club and it's location Lonato del Garda (BS).

The stressing schedules we have kept during last 5 years have finally caught up with us, or Corvus most of all, and HORNA are currently hibernating. We will return with some live activity this coming summer at least... Meanwhile, check out the the new album and worship Satan!

22.1.2008 A taste of the upcoming album...
...is uploaded in the MP3 section. Contrary to original plans this album turned out to be shaping into a double CD/LP release, having two faces - one to worship the satanic darkness, and one to praise the Luciferian light. Release date yet unknown - beware!

22.12.2007 Black Sabbath of Yule 666!
Finally some news to report, both good and bad... We are nearly finished recording a new full lenght album for 2008 release, tentatively titled "Sanojesi Äärelle" (to the fount of thy word). This also marks the last of Saturnus in the band. Many of you could notice he wasn't with us on the European tour and the same conditions which made him stay away made him give up on Horna. All the best on his new path.

20.6.2007 Hear the warcry!
Horna have paid homage to Bathory, one of our inspirators and a legend of his own. Our now is the "Sotahuuto" CD, featuring 9 songs in the vein of early Bathory as our devoted tribute, born through dark Finnish rites. Released by Grievantee.

28.4.2007 Hell has a new place...
The gig confirmed for 25.5. has been replaced to Lappeenranta. This will be the first gig in our hometown since 6,66 years. In addition to Abigail we have invited Irritate to open the night. Venue is Husaari.

In March we are finally playing in Finland again. 7.3. will see the desecration of Helsinki at Nightlife with Zemial, and 24.3. we bring the head of Jesus Christ to Lahti at Torvi with Armour & Kadotus.

5.2.2007 Finally some news...
The "Ääniä Yössä" LP and Horna/Sacrificia Mortuorum split LP have been out for a while now. Get your while you still can from www.grievantee.com. Also out is the long awaited LP version of "Kohti Yhdeksän Nousua".

A tour is planned in September across Europe with BLACKLODGE and VORKREIST. Another band might join us but nothing sure at the moment.

Since December we seem to have unsane problems with Antifa. It surely is needed to have an enormous imagination to find Horna an NS band, where are the symbols, praise of race etc from our releases and creations???? NOWHERE - WE HATE YOU ALL EQUALLY. We would like to say for once and for all that those who still think we are fucking NS can lick their mothers bloody cunts while shooting heroin. Just take a look at the bands we plan to tour with for example... DESTROY HUMAN LIFE.

27.7.2006 "Ääniä Yössä" new release date is confirmed to be 1.9.2006. No pre-orders taken. Vinyls version will be published later together with a split LP featuring French Sacrificia Mortuorum on the other side.

27.7.2006 Small updates and news. "Ääniä Yössä" seems to take it's release until September. Problems between label and pressing factory are no solved but it will take time to correct things.
We also have a new drummer Vainaja and rehearsing for a future live set has begun.

6.6.2006 The awaited new album is delayed. It arrived from the pressing plant totally fucked up so there's no choice but to return it and get a satisfactory repress. We can not feel comfortable letting out a product with such mistakes. No new date set.
